To protect this UNESCO World Heritage site and ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors, we ask that you observe a few key rules. Please respect the following rules during your visit
Photography for personal use is permitted. However, the use of flash and tripods is strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the building and for the comfort of other visitors. Professional photography requires prior authorization.
To ensure the conservation of the exhibits, backpacks and large bags must be carried on your front or stored in the free lockers provided on the ground floor. Strollers must also be checked in.
For security reasons, objects that could be considered dangerous (e.g., knives) are not permitted. Pets, with the exception of guide dogs, are not allowed inside the building.
Please help us preserve this heritage site by not touching the walls or exhibits. We also ask that you keep your voice low and refrain from talking on your mobile phone in the exhibition areas.
